Who’s behind FFASE?
Hi, I’m Damiano.
I’m a freelance designer who always wanted to build something that actually matters, and I felt uncomfortable with how big freelancing platforms focused on profits without much care for people and our planet.
So I started FFASE. A platform, and hopefully a movement, that’s good for freelancers, good for people, and good for the Earth.
Writing this feels pretty scary tbh (I’m an introverted guy), but I realized something: movements need real people behind them.
So this is me, stepping forward, hoping this is just the beginning of something that actually matters.

Who’s behind FFASE?
Hi, I’m Damiano.
I’m a freelance designer who always wanted to build something that actually matters, and I felt uncomfortable with how big freelancing platforms focused on profits without much care for people and our planet.
So I started FFASE. A platform, and hopefully a movement, that’s good for freelancers, good for people, and good for the Earth.
Writing this feels pretty scary tbh (I’m an introverted guy), but I realized something: movements need real people behind them.
So this is me, stepping forward, hoping this is just the beginning of something that actually matters.
